Just thought it looked like that 3 ringed bio-security sign.
**EDIT**: Due to overwhelming demand, it is now gold as opposed to the original blue. In an effort to be more realistic I took it into a PS for a while and worked on it, not sure I like it as much but other people seem to think it's better.
