I'm not gonna make a big scene, but I must say, though this is a very good peice of art, I'm not wholly pro-Yellow etc.

Legal reasons have been mentioned as to the reason of Jark's leaving, and I'm prefectly content to beleive that those legal reasons are fine and fair and stuff.

Hmmm be that as it may, I still find it hard to accept that $Jark could possibly be let go under any circumstances. Surely if he's done something wrong to warrant this, $Spyed and co. who have been with him from day one would surely let it slide? You work on something with someone for five years, you don't just throw them away without trying to sort stuff out and getting it all smoothed over.

Whether that has actually been happening I don't know, so I'll stick with you and not make a bit deal about it.

What I recommend you do is use google as much as possible to find stuff out, then work ot your own conclusions from that, that's what I did.

Unfortunately I think the whole community was torn on this very issue. That's one thing that I think kind of harmed the whole movement...a bunch of different factions doing different things, no organization. But eh, what ya gonna do.

I do understand where you are coming from but I think that being silent on this is not going to help. If no one was to step forward and say "hey, there is a problem here" then there would be no visibility to the troubles at hand. I do think that running around in a vicious mob is not what needs to be done here and am very disheartened at the reports of people doing things such as spamming staff and admin pages, calling in physical threats to the corporate offices, etc. I agree with you that not submitting art or hiding your gallery isn’t going to help; I mean aren’t we here for the art?

I really don't know where this is going to go after the whole "Yellow Day" thing. We've already seen that there is not much pertinent information coming from the corporation so I guess it's up to us to be patient (thus your quote) and see if anything does get resolved. Ultimately we don’t really have any control over the situation but I believe if our collective voice is heard it will have some much needed influence on future politics…I hope.
